I worked with Josh on some repairs to my roof in preparation to sell my home.  As an active duty member, it is important for me to support veterans like Josh, and other veteran-owned businesses.  Josh is extremely professional, was always on time (usually early, like you'd expect from a vet with a fantastic work ethic), and worked hard to make sure he was performing the services that were needed and not pressuring us to up-sell services. With the recent wind storms plaguing Colorado Springs, combined with former hail damage that I wasn't aware of on my roof, I knew it was time to look into having it replaced. I contacted several roofing companies for quotes; HCR&G was by far the best of the ones I contacted, for many reasons. Josh was quick to respond, set up a time to come out & inspect my roof, and worked with me straight through the entire process, including with my insurance company, to make sure that I was not only taken care of as a customer, but to also make sure that I understood each step in the process clearly. He was professional, friendly, and of the utmost integrity.

Highly impressed with Josh and his team from start to finish.  We had a call back same day to schedule the initial inspection, a quote for the new roof in hand within 24 hours, and the installation completed within a week and a half of notifying them of our decision to proceed. The installation crew was punctual, professional, and meticulous not only with the installation itself but also in the way they cleaned up and left our property just as they had found it....if not better.
